Registration fees & procedure

IMPORTANT

The registration is required for all participants, whatever the category, on a dedicated application, called "Azur-Colloque".

Please read carefully the following points before starting to register from the link "Start the registration" at the bottom of this page.

REGISTRATION FEES

Registration fees include the abstract booklet, lunches and coffee breaks during the conference, the welcome reception and the public lecture on Tuesday 22^nd, and the conference dinner on Thursday 24^th.

*Student participants are exempted from fees only if they submit an abstract (oral or poster) and attend the conference. Otherwise, the regular participant fees will be applied. As a consequence, students are invited to submit their abstract before registration.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

The registration is done on a dedicated application, called "Azur-Colloque". It proceeds in 2 steps from the homepage:

1st step: Preregistration:

Select "Prerecord" in the conference “International Meeting on Nanoalloys”.

You will have to enter your name and affiliation, and to choose your registration fees (see below). Then, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail inviting you to proceed to the 2nd step.

Note: for students, the confirmation requires that their abstract has been previously submitted.

2nd step: Registration & Payment (credit card, bank transfer or order form)

Once the prerecord has been validated by the conference committee, select "Validate your Prerecord"in the conference “International Meeting on Nanoalloys”, and complete your registration.
