If you have already booked your tickets to travel on May 23 or 24, please change your tickets to travel on May 22 and 25. Book your tickets as soon as possible! Available trains on May 22 and 25 will soon be complete.

Public transportation

 French national railways: sncf

- From Paris: take a train at the train station "Gare d'Austerlitz" https://en.oui.sncf/en/    to the train station of "Orléans" or "Les Aubrais-Orléans", then take the local transportation (TAO, see below)

- From Aeroport "Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle" CDG : take RER B to "Châtelet-les-Halles", and then RER C to "Gare d'Austerlitz".  (Follow this link.) then take the train to Orléans.

Local transportation (TAO): From Orléans center to conference site (may, 23-25):

•    Tramway: line A, direction "Hôpital La Source", stop station "Université - Parc Floral" (30mn from city center)
•    Bus: line 7, direction « Petite Mérie », stop station "Université - Parc Floral" (see time_table)

Local transportation (TAO): From Train station "les Aubrais-Orléans" to Registration-Welcome site (may, 22):

•  Tramway: line A, direction "Hôpital La Source", stop station "Republique" (10mn)
•  walk to Hotel dupanloup (10mn) see below

Venue

The Registration, Welcome Reception and Public Lecture will take place Tuesday, 22 may from 6:00 p.m. at the "Centre International Universitaire pour la Recherche" Hotel Dupanloup in the historic center of Orléans.

The International Nanoalloy Meeting will take place from wednesday, 23may, in the IRD building (5 rue du Carbone - Orléans La Source) located on the University campus of Orléans (France), 8km south of Orléans city.

Visa

Participants from outside of EU may need a visa to travel to France. Please check beforehand on the site of the French Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs whether this is your case.

In case you need a visa, and a support letter from the conference organizers, please send an email, with the subject line "request for visa support letter" to imn-2018-secretary@sciencesconf.org and give your full name, date of birth, home address, passport number and nationality in the message. State also that you have registered to the conference. We can send the letter only after we have confirmed that you have registered to IMN-2018.
